TST Ginger Tea

The warmth hits right away and settles my stomach after heavy meals, which is exactly what I hoped for. One cup in the evening and that knot of tension in my gut loosens up. The ginger flavor is strong and clean, not watered down like some blends I've tried.

The ginger flavor is strong enough to actually feel like it's doing something, not just a faint hint like most bagged teas. I drink a cup after heavy dinners and the stomach discomfort that usually keeps me up is gone. Steeped it five minutes and got a nice warmth without any bitterness.

I keep a box of this at my desk for the afternoons when my stomach feels off from too much coffee, and it settles things within about ten minutes. The warmth is gentle rather than sharp, so it goes down easy even when I'm not in the mood for anything strong.
