錫德爾索科特拉蜂蜜 – 來自葉門的稀有索科特拉錫德爾蜂蜜

I spread a tiny bit on toast this morning and could immediately taste how different it is from supermarket honey—smooth and rich without being too sweet. The jar itself feels substantial and the color is a beautiful deep amber.

The flavor is deep and almost earthy, with a smoothness that lingers long after the last spoonful. One jar didn't last two weeks in our house — it's that good with plain toast or even straight off the spoon.

The texture is incredibly thick and silky, almost like a soft paste, and the rich, earthy flavor is unlike any honey I've tried before. A small spoonful in my tea was enough to transform it completely.
