開心果庫納法 - 脆脆牛奶巧克力棒

I wasn't sure the pistachio would come through over the milk chocolate, but it's front and center and pairs so well with the creamy base. The phyllo stays crunchy instead of going stale-tasting, which is what usually ruins dessert bars for me. Already plotting how many to order next time.

The crispy phyllo shreds give this milk chocolate bar such a satisfying crunch, it actually tastes like the real dessert. I wasn't expecting the texture to work this well in a candy bar, but it's surprisingly addictive.

The pistachio flavor is front and center here, not buried under sugar like most chocolate bars I've tried. The milk chocolate melts fast and the phyllo stays crunchy all the way through. Already eyeing my second bar.
