This honey has a noticeably rich, complex flavor that’s nothing like the mass-produced stuff, and I love that it’s completely unfiltered. A spoonful in my morning tea gives it a real depth without being overly sweet.

The texture is so smooth and it dissolves easily in my tea without clumping. I've noticed my seasonal allergies seem less bothersome since I started using this honey.

I use this raw honey every morning in my tea, and the fact that it's unfiltered means I can actually see the natural pollen particles settling at the bottom. It has a complex, floral taste that's nothing like the processed stuff from the grocery store.
