I've been stirring a spoonful into my morning tea and the texture is so thick it barely dissolves — that's how you know it's the real unfiltered stuff. The wildflower and sidr notes come through without being overly sweet.

The aroma hits you the second you twist the lid off, deep and almost floral in a way regular honey never is. Knowing it's raw and unfiltered makes me use it sparingly, just a spoon stirred into tea.
