جوز خفيف جداً – أنصاف مقشرة فاخرة

Cracked these open for a salad tonight and the halves are mostly intact with very few crumbs. They have that mild, buttery taste I was hoping for, not bitter at all.

The color is exactly as described—a lovely light golden shade that looks great on a charcuterie board. They’re fresh and crisp with a mild, clean flavor that doesn’t have any bitterness. A solid choice for baking or snacking straight from the bag.

These halves are so evenly sized and that light golden color really does look fresher than the darker ones I usually buy. They have a nice, mild crunch that’s perfect for snacking straight from the bag.
