I've been stirring a spoonful into my morning tea and the texture is so thick it barely dissolves — that's how you know it's the real unfiltered stuff. The wildflower and sidr notes come through without being overly sweet.

The texture is thicker than any honey I've bought at the grocery store, almost grainy in a good way. I've been stirring a spoonful into plain yogurt every morning and it keeps me full till lunch. Worth the splurge.

The aroma hits you the second you twist the lid off, deep and almost floral in a way regular honey never is. Knowing it's raw and unfiltered makes me use it sparingly, just a spoon stirred into tea.
