The pistachios are perfectly roasted and still have a nice crunch inside the soft nougat. The rose flavor is subtle, not overwhelming, which makes it feel really elegant. I've already eaten half the box.

The rose fragrance hits you the moment you open the box, but it's the nougat's soft, chewy texture that really wins me over—the pistachios stay crunchy throughout. I've already finished half the bag in one sitting, which says everything.

I love that the roasted pistachios add a nice crunch against the smooth nougat—it’s not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. The rose flavor is subtle enough to feel elegant without being overpowering.
