Dehydrated Purple Potato – Crunchy & Colorful Snack

The purple color is what got me to try these and they didn't disappoint — naturally sweet, not starchy at all. I've been tossing a handful in my lunch bag instead of chips, and the fiber keeps me full till dinner.

The crunch on these is way better than regular potato chips, and I like that I'm actually getting fiber and antioxidants instead of just empty calories. My only thing is the bag disappears too fast, so I've started ordering two at a time.

The purple color is what sold me, and they taste like a slightly sweeter regular potato chip. My kids finished the whole bag in one sitting, so I'll be buying two next time. Nice to have a crunchy snack that actually has some fiber in it.
