Dehydrated Carrot – Sweet & Crunchy Veggie Snack

The crunch on these is way louder than I expected for a dried veggie, and the natural sweetness comes through without any added sugar. I keep a bag in my desk drawer for the 3pm slump and it actually satisfies me more than chips did.

I've been reaching for these instead of chips—the natural sweetness and snap are so much more satisfying. My coworker grabbed a handful and couldn't believe they're just carrots.

I tossed a handful into my lunch bag instead of chips and they actually kept me full till dinner, thanks to all that fiber. The natural sweetness hits differently than sugary snacks, no weird aftertaste at all.
