بهارات عربية – مزيج توابل شرق أوسطي أصيل

The cardamom and cinnamon notes come through beautifully without being overwhelming. A small sprinkle transformed my simple rice dish into something really aromatic and special. I’ll definitely be reaching for this whenever I want authentic depth.

I used this spice blend in a lamb stew and the whole kitchen filled with that deep, earthy aroma. The mix of cinnamon and allspice gives it a warmth that plain curry powder just doesn't have.

The warmth from the cumin and coriander in this blend really comes through in my lentil soup, adding a depth I couldn't get from my usual spices. A little goes a long way, so this jar will last me a while.
